 You’re Privacy when Ordering!. When you order your order is packaged in a plain mailer or box addressed to you with our return address. Your email, address, telephone, or any other information obtained from you is not sold or transferred to any other parties. We will only contact you if we have problems with your order or we have a product we think you may be interested in purchasing. Any questions or comments to us should be via email. If you have questions about an order, supply your order number with questions so we can find your order.

Guarantee
Regular-priced items! If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item within 3 days using our exchange authorization form with instructions along with the original tags still attached and a copy of your Exchange Authorization, (Keep a copy) and we will gladly exchange the item for another selection. Exchange and Return information below.

Ordering Options
1. Online Ordering! It’s Easy and Secure. When you see an item you wish to purchase simply make your color and size selection and then click on add to order. To add additional items simply press continue shopping. After you have selected all the styles you wish to purchase simply select Checkout, complete your billing and shipping information and press submit. You can even choose to fax your order via the shopping cart. Then just email, fax or call and leave your credit card number along with the order number. We will already have a copy of the order waiting for your credit card number or check up to 14 days.

2. If you do not wish to submit your order over the internet you may pay your Order by PayPal We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!  Any questions email us at the bottom of this page.

3. Mail Your Order! At any time print out your order form and Mail it to RAR Marketing LLC. 4350 Key Club Dr. Elberton, GA. 30635 along with a money order.

Shipping Information
Please allow 10 to 15 working days for delivery in the U.S. If an item is temporarily out of stock your back-ordered item will be shipped as soon as we receive our shipment. Back-ordered items will be shipped within 24 hours after being received from the vendor. During the busy season please be patient! Orders not in stock are ordered daily!! (Monday-Friday) If you order by Priority or Express, If not in stock, Your order will ship by the terms you requested upon delivery from the vendor. All orders are shipped by USPS!
We are not responsible for loss when shipped to APO Boxes or Overseas where Delivery Confirmation cannot be tracked. Buyer takes all risk of loss in areas when we cannot ship by Delivery Confirmation!

Overseas Shipping Information
You can shop at Country Mall from anywhere in the world. Please allow at least 15 to 20 working days for delivery overseas, It very rarely takes this long, In fact, our average overseas ship time is less than 10 to 15 working days. Some countries do from time to time ship slower due to customs. Please note we now ship most overseas orders by Global Express.
NOTE: We are not responsible for loss when shipped to APO Boxes or Overseas where Delivery Confirmation cannot be tracked. Buyer takes risk of loss in areas when we cannot ship by Delivery Confirmation although this rarely happens!

Return Policies Returns are not accepted without a RA# or EA# under the return address on Address Label.

We do not issue a refund if garments have been fitted without underwear being worn, soiled, or tags are removed!

We do not issue a refund if garments are on SALE, CLEARANCE, or CUSTOM ORDERS!
Return Authorization must be applied for within 7 days of delivery!

1 Exchange Return If you wish to exchange your purchase simply fill out the exchange authorization form within 7 days, return along with the original tags and receipts, {enclosed with your order} and we will gladly exchange the item for another selection. 2 Refund Return If you just wish to return your purchase simply use our Return authorization form within 7 days, along with the original tags and receipts, {enclosed with your order} and we will gladly credit your account,(NO SALE, CLEARANCE, OR CUSTOM ORDER ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED) Otherwise We do charge a 25% restocking fee for Credit Card Refunds! (Sorry shipping and handling charges are not refundable.) {PS: Please insure all returns!}

3 Return Pre Authorization is required on all returns with the original tags and receipts, {enclosed with your order} and we Authorization Forms. Order must be postmarked within 3 days of delivery. {PS: Returns are not accepted without a RA# or EA# under the return address on the Address Label!}
  

4 Order Cancellation Order Cancellation
Cancel Order Form. Order must be canceled via Cancel Order Form or Fax before shipment to prevent Restock and Shipping Fees.

5 Refused Orders will not be credited the full purchase price. We will deduct the shipping and restocking fee.
